SC Nutra Products in the United States

To our customers in the United States,

For almost 25 years, we have been proud to supply customers across the United States with our products. During that time, thousands of Americans have trusted us as a reliable source of high-quality supplements, supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated customer care team.

Until now, we have fulfilled US orders directly from the UK. This approach has allowed us to maintain close control over the quality and integrity of our products. Unfortunately, recent changes to US import requirements mean that we can no longer continue supplying customers through our existing arrangements.

Having exhausted the options currently available to us, we are deeply sorry to announce that we must temporarily pause direct shipments to the United States. This is the first time in our history that we have had to take this step, and we understand how disappointing it will be for customers who regularly rely on our products.

Even before these changes were announced, we had begun speaking with potential US partners about producing and dispatching selected products from within the United States. Our aim is to find a partner that shares our commitment to quality, product integrity and customer care.

Although we have not had sufficient time to finalise these arrangements, please be assured that we are working hard to establish a new US supply chain, with our Waterfall D-Mannose range as our immediate priority.

We believe this could ultimately result in a stronger service for our American customers, including faster delivery and more reliable product availability. Until then, we are sincerely sorry that our products will be temporarily unavailable for direct purchase in the United States.
